you should share your bread recipe - we have a really good wheat bread recipe, and a good french bread recipe but not just "regular" bread which ... LOOKS like what you're baking. Also -- have you tried a Bosch? I have one and it's super powerful - super fast -- and supposed to last over 30 years. AMazzazing!
