"Taste buds do change" is what I tell my kids when they don't like a certain food. I keep having them try it (or offer it) several times. Many times it remains a "no thankyou helping"...
On Sunday I heard Kerst say, "Taste buds do change, huh Mom." I have tried and tried to get him to eat cobbler, a favorite breakfast of my other kids. Kerst saw Kendall snarfing it down on Sunday and must have decided that it couldn't be so bad if Kendall was eating it.
He tried it. He liked it. Actually, he LOVED it! He has been requesting cobbler every morning this week. I finally made it for him today. That should get him moving for school!
