Barn Party

We attended our ward's annual birthday party at a local barn tonight. The BBQ chicken was AMAZING with homemade BBQ sauce. John helped cook it...maybe that is the main reason why it was so yummy ;o). I made Kelly's (Shannon too) yummy Strawberry Almond Spinach Salad. It was a hit!

Joe B. preformed some live music while his wife Jennifer taught a line dance. Kendall sat on my shoulders while we tried it out. I wore flip flops...not the best shoes to wear while trying to dance a country line dance.

Jenna helped with the face painting. Jaley helped chase around Kendall. Kerst disappeared with his friends and had a great time.

Julia and her friend Blakelee took some great photos of each other with the farm/country background; the sun was just right. They are natural in front of and behind the camera.

The ended the night with a fun hayride. President P. owned the property and took us out on his tractor. He rode almost the entire route without any lights. It was amazing! He knows his property well. The night was beautiful. The company was great!
