The kids were playing around with John in the pool doing a modified version of Limbo in the water. The kids took turn swimming in between his legs. After each round, he would move his legs closer together. If they touched him with any part of their body, they had one more chance to swim between his legs before getting DQed (Disqualified).
Towards the end of the game, Jaley's ponytail touched John's leg. She came up out of the water saying, "No fair, that is a dependant variable."
She is so cute!
