Kerst's first day of school

I can't believe it. Summer has ended and Kerst started 2nd Grade today! Where has the time gone?

I prepped Kerst with ideas for the typical first week back at school writing assignment of "What I did this summer" story starter.

After school Kerst informed us that he wrote his paper and shared it with the class. He also told us that he didn't have time to add 3 things. We were all curious...

In Kerst's words:

1. We went to Elitch Gardens (6 Flags in Denver)

2. An awesome soccer team came and stayed with us.

3. Daeia (aka Julia) is twitterpated about one of the soccer players. (And we think he is a pretty cool guy from a great family).
