Thankful Candles (light your individual candle and express what you are thankful for - youngest to oldest). Their thoughts ranged from cars (Kendall), being baptized (Kerst), reading the Book of Mormon (Jaley), swimming (Jenna), good friends (Julia), the Savior - my children - reading the Book of Mormon with Kerst in the morning - my amazing loving husband - the gospel (Corin), same as Corin - Jenna's good grades - Julia's singing - Kerst's baptism and being able to peform that - Kendall's smile - Jaley's peacemaker attitude (John).
Candlelight Dinner (with our Thankful Candles). We bought lobster tails for this special occasion. It was fun to see the kids trying to eat it - and seeing them grossed out. I think we will stick to Chinese Take Out (a treat over here!) and leave the lobster tails to John and me.

The Nativity Story. After watching it, Kerst said that was the best movie ever.
