So excited!

I was so excited to get started on my back splash today! I picked up the tiles on Wednesday hoping to get started, but I needed my tile cutter man on board....he finally consented today! (I was more than happy to cut the tile myself, but John is amazing at getting every cut exact!)...plus the weather was GORGEOUS to run the tile saw outside.


I was surprised at how quickly this project went. The tile was up in under 5 hours. I think I prefer tiling a back splash rather than tiling a floor. We had tons of experience tiling floors...this was a nice change.


I still need to seal the tiles and then grout (yuck).
