Dedicated

Jenna has been working hard to prepare for high school swimming and to be competitive to make State Qualifying times .... and hopefully a scholarship!

The accident put her behind physically.  Three months in a wheelchair, 4 surgeries (2 on each foot), and walking boots for most of the summer made getting into shape a very long process.

She is currently getting up at 4:15 a.m. to go swim for an hour.  She gets to school by 6:30 for early morning seminary.  She is at school from 7:50-2:55.  When she gets home I head out with her to "coach her" for yet another 2 1/2 hour swim workout.

Jenna swims 8,000 yds in the afternoon.  That is 4.5 miles!

She's dedicated.

The family is very supportive while I am helping Jenna.

I thought musical season was busy.  This takes the cake :)
